How to Place an Order
Finding Items
There are two ways to find items on calvinklein.us: Searching by Keyword or Item Number in the search box or by Browsing the links from the Home Page. By either method, you will find a variety of sorting functions to help you search.

If you would like more information about an item you see on calvinklein.us, simply click on the item. This will take you to a Product Detail page that provides a complete product description.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Bag
To add items to your Shopping Bag, follow these simple steps:

It may be necessary to choose a size and/or color for the item you want to purchase. Click on the drop-down menu under the product description to select a size and/or color.
If a size or color is not listed in the drop-down menu, it is out of stock and is not available for purchase. -
Enter a quantity in the field provided.

Make note of the Availability of the item.
This tells you when we expect the item to leave our warehouse. Items that are not In-stock may take longer. The time it takes for the item to arrive at its destination depends on the shipping method you select in Checkout. For more information about Item Availability, click here. -
Click the “Add to Bag” button to add the item to your Shopping Bag.
Shopping Bag
When you shop on calvinklein.us and add an item to your bag, it is saved for you to purchase. Items in your Shopping Bag will remain until they are purchased, removed, or moved to your Saved Items.
Options in the Shopping Bag:
- Review your order: Review the details of your order before you proceed to our secure checkout.
- Update order quantity: If you wish to update the order quantity of any item in your bag, simply type the desired quantity next to the item and click “Update Bag”.
- Remove an item from your Shopping Bag: Select the item and click “Remove from Bag” or change the order quantity to zero and click “Update Bag”.
- Return to shopping: If you wish to continue shopping while viewing your Shopping Bag, click “Continue Shopping”. Items in your Shopping Bag will remain until they are purchased, removed, or moved to your Saved Items. At any time, you may return to your Shopping Bag by clicking “My Bag” at the top of any page.
- Proceed to secure Checkout: When you are ready to purchase your order, click “Checkout Now”. Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure. Find out more about our Secure Shopping Guarantee .
- Move an Item to Your Saved Items: If there are items in your Shopping Bag that you wish to save but not purchase immediately, you can move them to your Saved Items by clicking on “Move to Saved Items.” Find out more about your Saved Items.
Gift Services
Gift Cards are redeemable at calvinklein.us and can also be used at any Calvin Klein Retail or Company stores.
Redeeming a Gift Card is easy. Follow these simple steps:
- Shop calvinklein.us and select items you wish to purchase.
- When you’re ready to checkout, click “My Bag.”
- Proceed through the checkout.
- Enter your Gift Card number and PIN on the Payment page and click “Apply.”
- If you have more than one Gift Card, simply enter each code and click “Apply” after each one. Please note: only 2 gift cards can be used per transaction.
- Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Except to the extent required by law.
- We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards.
- Your Gift Card must have a PIN in order to place an order on calvinklein.us. The PIN is located on the back of the card under a scratch off area.
- If your Gift Card does not have a PIN number please call 866-513-0513 (Monday to Friday 9AM to 9PM EST, Saturday and Sunday 9AM-5PM EST)
- You do not need a PIN to redeem a Gift Card at Calvin Klein Retail, Company or Collection stores.
- If you have any additional questions regarding Gift Cards, please contact us by clicking here to Contact Customer Service Department.
- Items paid for with a Gift Card will be charged applicable sales tax and shipping charges.
- For returns, if you pay for a purchase using a Gift Card, you will be issued a merchandise credit as a refund. If you pay using a credit card, refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
Product Care
Handbag Care
Calvin Klein products are subject to the strictest quality standards, which our technical services department monitors. Be aware that marks and irregularities in natural hides can appear in even the most luxurious skins; these occur naturally and should not be considered defects.
To care for your beautiful bag and its beautiful leather goods, please observe the following:
• Avoid contact with water, grease, perfumes, makeup, and lighter colored garments.
• If your bag should come into contact with water or precipitation, please do not rub the bag: just dab it with a moist cloth to absorb the moisture.
• Avoid using commercial products such as shoe polish, turpentine, oil, stain removes, alcohol or solvents.
• Do not rub your bag with anything abrasive to the touch.
• If your bag becomes soiled, please consult a specialist cleaner, or return to the shop of purchase for advice.
• Pale color bags, especially white and beige, are particularly sensitive to light, dust particles, and stains. It is difficult to maintain these colors in perfect condition.
• Stuff your bag with tissue paper in order to preserve the shape of the bag. Store it upright in the dust bag which accompanies it.
• Do not overload your handbag, as it alters the shape.
• Waterproof your bag regularly and clean it with adequate leather cleaning products.
• Calvin Klein bags are designed in natural materials (leather, wool, cotton, etc…) and synthetics.
