RETURNS

Online returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days (45 days for Hilfiger Club members) of the shipping confirmation date. Once received by our warehouse, the return takes 7-14 business days to process. After processing, you will receive the credit within 3-5 business days.


Please note: a flat rate return shipping fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Apparel must be unworn with original tags attached. Footwear must be unworn and in its original shoebox. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. Final sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.

We do not allow price adjustments on merchandise purchased on Tommy.com.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges online; however, we do accept exchanges in-store within 30 days (45 days for Hilfiger Club members) of the shipping confirmation date. Please bring your unworn, tagged item accompanied by the return slip to a Tommy Hilfiger store near you.

Returns By Mail

Need to make a return? No problem. START A RETURN

When you click ‘Start A Return’, follow the prompts to receive a printable, pre-paid shipping label and return slip.  To ensure your return is processed and refunded quickly, please include your unused items and the return slip.

Please note, your package will not include a paper invoice. Your return slip works as your receipt and packing slip. You may access your return slip by following the ‘Start A Return’ link and completing the return prompts.

If you are unable to access or print your return slip, please include the following information with your return:

  • Order Number
  • First and Last Name
  • Mailing Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Reason for Return
  • Purchase Date
  • Payment Method

Returns To A Tommy Hilfiger Store

If you’d rather return your order in person, we’ll issue a refund for merchandise in original, unworn condition, with tags attached, within 30 days (45 days for Hilfiger Club members) of shipment confirmation. Simply bring your items along with return slip to any Tommy Hilfiger store and we will process your return on the spot.

Your package will not include a paper invoice. Your return slip works as your receipt and packing slip. You may access your return slip by following the ‘Start A Return’ link and completing the return prompts.

Please note, tommyus.com items cannot be returned to Macy’s stores, and Macy’s will not honor price adjustments on tommyus.com merchandise.
